For billions of year, the system of RX-9OUT has remained untouched by any outside civilization. Now in the year 6458, with the expansion of the Galactic Federation, systems like it have become hot spots for a variety of different speceis. In the system, groups like The Control, The Galactic Federation (also called GF), The Space Pirates, and other people fight for control.

What makes this place special is the variety of life found on each world. Much evidence has been found hinting that a great and powerful civilization once ruled its domain, despite much reassurance from scientists. Many mysteries shroud the true purpose of this system, and the strange and dangerous creatures seem to guard the key to unlocking the power and might from the history of the planets. The horns of war have sounded in the distance, and each group will fight throughout the system, maybe even bringing down the whole system with them. The newcomers to this area must band together to protect their new home if anyone is to survive the wars that are to come.
